General terms and conditions of sale

Macaronesian Creative Studio SL, operating under the trade name Studio521, makes this website available to users for placing orders and entering into sales contracts. Please read these General Terms and Conditions carefully; by using this site and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by them.
I. IDENTITY AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION
In this document, the terms “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Macaronesian Creative Studio SL, the entity that manages the Studio521 website, including all information, tools, and services offered to users.
These terms apply to all site users buyers, sellers, customers, and contributors alike.
II. PLACING AN ORDER
2.1 Purchase procedure
To place an order, follow the online purchasing process. You will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order.
2.2 Contract confirmation
All orders are subject to our acceptance. Once your order is processed, we will send you an “Order Confirmation.” The contract between you and us is formed upon receipt of that confirmation and applies only to the product or service specified therein.
2.3 Legal capacity
By ordering on this site, you warrant that you are over 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
2.4 Product availabilityIf a product is unavailable or supply difficulties arise, we will inform you and refund any amounts paid.
2.5 Delivery area
Products are delivered only to countries where our logistics service can deliver effectively. The store and its ordering function are disabled in territories where delivery cannot be guaranteed.
III. PRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS

Unless stated otherwise, prices shown on our website are current and include delivery charges.

IV. DELIVERY AND TRANSFER OF TITLE
4.1 Delivery time
We will make every reasonable effort to ensure the carrier delivers within the estimated timeframe stated in your written Order and Shipping Confirmation, and in any event within 30 days of that date unless we have indicated a longer timeframe for a specific product or service. If delivery cannot be made within this period, we will let you know.
If delivery is delayed for reasons beyond our control, we will notify you promptly and work to minimize any inconvenience. If we fail to deliver within 30 days of the written confirmation (or any other period we have indicated), you may contact our Customer Service Center to cancel the affected order and obtain a refund.
If you order multiple products, we will ship the entire order once all items are available; we will not make partial shipments unless we tell you otherwise.
4.2 Delivery attempts
If delivery is not completed after two attempts, we will try to leave your parcel in a safe place and inform you of pick-up arrangements. If you are absent at the agreed-upon time, you must contact us to arrange a new delivery date.
4.3 Transfer of title
Ownership passes to you once full payment including delivery charges has been received, or upon delivery if that occurs later.
V. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You acknowledge and agree that we and our licensors retain all intellectual-property rights in the content and materials on this site. These materials may be used only in accordance with these Terms and for the purposes permitted here.
VI. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
6.1 Availability and description
Some products or services are offered exclusively online and in limited quantities, and may change in line with our Return Policy. While we strive to depict colors and details accurately, images are for reference only.

VIII. RETURN POLICY AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
8.1 Right of withdrawal
You have 7 days from receipt of the product to cancel your order without giving any reason. Contact us to exercise this right. Products must be returned new and unused, with all protective materials, tags, stickers, original packaging, accessories, and documents intact.
All returns undergo strict quality control. If items fail QC, we will refuse the return and send them back to you. If they pass, we will refund or exchange as appropriate. Failure to comply with these Sale Terms allows us to refuse the return and charge you the shipping costs.
8.2 Defective products
If a product is defective or does not match your order, email us immediately with details. We will advise you of the next steps.
8.3 Specific conditions
Macaronesian Creative Studio SL does not accept returns of rings or earrings; in such cases we issue credit notes or exchanges. For other items, email hello@studio521.store and we will reply within 7 days.

While our site and products are prepared with great care, we cannot guarantee continuous site availability or absolute information accuracy. You use the site at your own risk.
